The functions and responsibilities of the platform for scientific research and engagement are: application, assessment, checking and routine management of departmental platforms and bases for scientific research; construction and operation of interdisciplinary research centers and management and service of related equipment and instruments; and application/declaration and management of collaborative innovation centers at state, provincial and university levels.
